Playgrounds & Activities – Siesta Park Holiday Resort

Play Time!

Siesta has a range of fun play equipment to suit all ages in three play areas as follows – In the Main Playground you will find the more adventuresome items including the rope ball swing called the “Tarzan” and a swing pipe called “Nessie” plus there is a swing barrel and carousel wheel. Park Sets North and West are also in this area and include a standard swing, slide, monkey bars climbing rope and short fireman’s pole. Away from the main playground area at Playground East this has a swing, ramp and fireman’s pole and at Playground South there is a small swing, climbing frame, monkey bars, small slide and a net enclosed wobble bridge. Tennis court, Tennis hit up wall, basketball hoop, hopescotch and four square plus table tennis table are free to use with no booking required. Bring your own tennis racquets and balls or hire from the shop at the entrance to the park. Table tennis balls can be purchased from the shop. Bring your own basketball.

Before children use the play equipment parents/guardians need to visit these playground areas with their children to inspect for themselves and then supervise or instruct their children accordingly. This is more fully explained in our Liabilty Waiver that needs to be agreed with when making a booking.

Beach and Jetty

The resort is on the absolute beachfront and connects straight onto the beach with no roads to cross which is a major attraction. Siesta also has its own 50m long private jetty available to guests for swimming, fishing and crabbing. Like as for the Play Equipment, before children use the jetty, parents/guardians need to go there with them to inspect for themselves and then supervise or instruct their children accordingly. This is more fully explained in our Liability Waiver that needs to be agreed with when making a booking.

Cycle Way

Bikes are a popular way to get around the park and to the shop. Cycle way runs to both Busselton and Dunsborough so bringing your own bikes is recommended to enjoy the leisurely ride (much of the cycle way is along the beach).
